Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Refhub platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Refhub.

Description of Service

Refhub provides a SaaS platform designed for tracking, managing, and optimising referral commissions and professional network partnerships. Our services include referral chain management, commission slab resolution, network visualisation, and payment logging.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Data scraping or automated extraction of platform content without written permission.
• Abuse or harassment of other users or platform staff.
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• Circumventing any technological measures implemented by Refhub.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan cycle (monthly or annual). All payments are non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of the initial transaction or renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Intellectual Property

Refhub and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Refhub and its licensors. You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the platform, but you grant Refhub a limited licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Refhub, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Refhub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least a 30-day notice via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
